Its been awhile!

Wow, its been a LONG time since mommy wrote on my blog for me. What a slacker!! We really haven't been up to a whole lot since my birthday....but 3 months have gone by so mommy thought she would post some pictures.

This is just me being goofy...showing off to mommy that I not only can walk now, but I can RUN (and make lots of noise)!




This is me at Dan & Danielle's wedding. I was being silly again...I thought I'd try mommy's sunglasses on to see how they fit.



Here's me, mommy, and daddy at dan's wedding! Hmmm, good thing we got this picture...I think its only 1 of maybe 5 we have together as a family.


Mommy & daddy took me to the pumpkin patch in October. I had so much fun running around. And look, I even matched the pumpkins...mommy thought I could've gotten lost in all the pumpkins there were so many!

I get in trouble when I do this, but how else am I suppose to get to the counter!

My 1st haircut! It did not go well...I screamed bloody murder the whole time. I wouldn't sit in the chair so mommy had to hold me. I kept moving my head from side to side too, so Glynda had 1 heck of a time cutting my hair straight. I did get a sucker when I was done though, that was the only good part!

I sure am handsome with my new haircut!!

Here I am on Halloween! I was one cute bumblebee! I was trick-or-treating and Vicky's house...Aunt Peg was there and she was trying to load me up on candy, but mommy & daddy said I could only have 1 thing. I guess I don't do so well when I eat candy...I get a bad tummy ache.

Here we're at Nana & Papa's! I got a baggy of goodies...not all candy even (which made mommy happy).

Well I must say sorry its taken so long for my mommy to post on my website. Her computer was broke...so she didn't have it for about a month. A lot has happened since my last post (beings that was in June). I finally have some teeth...3 of them! I learned how to walk so now I really keep mommy on her toes! And the biggest thing...I turned 1!!!!
I also had to go to the doctor for my 1 year well child check. I weighed in at 21# 8oz (which is only in the 29% bracket). I was 30 1/4 in long (in the 65% bracket).

I was playing in the backyard...I think I was getting daddy his beer.





This was from the 4th of July...we got together with all my cousins on Nana's side of the family. It was so much fun. Here is Grandpa & Grandma Great with most of the great grandkids (some of them didn't want to be in the picture).

I was trying to play with Cashtyn...he wasn't quite sure if he wanted to play though.

Mommy gave me the spoon to try and feed myself...wow was that fun!! I had more food on me and the floor then I got into my mouth. Notice how my hair is sticking out to the side...I thought it would be fun to rub sweet potatoes in it.

My cousin Gavin and I got to play quite a bit this summer. Here we are at Nana & Papa's lake place. Looks to me like we were up to something...only the beginning of many years of mischief!!

I finally like the horse I got from Uncle Todd Tucker. I still don't like when it makes noise though.

Well we've been waiting for the weather to get nice enough to play outside...we've only had a couple of those days! Mommy said she can't wait for it to get warm enough to stay at the lake and take me out on the boat. Anyway here are a couple of pictures from a few of those nice days.

Auntie Cole gave us her old baby swing and daddy put it up for me! I love swinging in it...its so much fun!

Here I'm helping papa play pinochle...Ok so I wanted to eat the cards but papa did say he was going to teach me how to play when I get older!

I'm borrowing Gavin's winnie the pooh push toy. Its so much fun to play with, I push it all around the living room.

This was at Isaac's birthday party (he turned 7). Auntie Cole was helping me with her daycare kids push toy. I think I made them all nervous that I was trying to push it on the cement.

Colorado

Mommy, Daddy, and I went to Colorado for about a week and a half!! I had lots of fun with my cousins. We went for Bailey's graduation. He was valedictorian...we are so proud of him!
I ended up getting my first ear infection when we went up into the mountains. It was no fun but it didn't stop me from keeping everyone on their toes!

Here's Bailey the day before Grad...finally sitting down to write his speech.

And here he his giving the speech...he did a great job! He received the Daniels Scholarship to the Colorado School of Mines which is a full ride scholarship..very prestigious. Mommy hopes I'm as smart as him when I go to school.

It was a looong car ride. Mommy sat in the back with me pretty much the whole ride. I was goofing around here wearing mommy's sunglasses...we had to do something to pass the time!

We decided to stop and stay in Deadwood on the way home...I had enough of the car and the weather was getting bad all around us. There were even tornado warnings!

Here's me finally liking the pool. I was really scared of it for awhile but Mommy sat with me in the zero entry part until I was ready to venture a little on my own (with Mommy right beside me of course)

I'm 9 months old now!! And I get into every little thing I possibly can..and they thought they had the house child proofed!
I started day care last week...so far I really like it. All the other kids try to smoother me, but its sure fun! We get to play outside, go to storytime, do crafts!! I only go part time, it gives mommy a break I guess, plus she couldn't take me to work with her anymore because I got into everything and she's says she couldn't get anything done.

I'm always so happy when I wake up, but I can't say the same for my mommy. She's always telling me I need to sleep longer in the mornings...I guess 6:00 is to early for her.


I'm showing you that I still don't have any teeth...I wonder when there going to come in?



Here I am being silly...I don't understand why they think I can't go down those stairs!!




This is my first time in the big bathtub...I've been using my ducky bathtub for the last few months but I outgrew it. Mommy had to have daddy help her give me a bath because I kept trying to crawl and stand up. I sure had fun though!

Well I'm 8 months old now!! And I've finally mastered crawling...no more army crawl!! I've also figured out how to pull myself up on things which can make mommy very nervous sometimes.

I'm on the loose...and it looks like I'm on a mission to get into something.

Hmmm....I can see daddy's stuff up there but how do I get it down so I can get into it??

I had to take a break from playing to finish my bottle...this can be quite the process in the mornings. I've been sleeping all night and now I would rather play, not eat!

I was trying to find Lexi...she was hiding behind the chair (with the camera of course).

Happy Easter

I hope everyone had a happy Easter! I sure had a great first Easter...here are a couple of pics from the day!


My first Easter basket!! I was so excited, the Easter bunny brought me some cars, a train set, and some balls!


I have lots of fun with the train...it makes lots of noise when I make it move.

Those dang Easter eggs...I just can't seem to get a grasp on them. They kept popping out of my hands. By the way...I finally mastered crawling! So mommy & daddy have been trying to make sure everything at home is babyproofed, but I keep finding things that they forgot!

Sorry it took so long for mommy to update the site. She's been kinda busy lately with work and me (I was sick for awhile with croup..it was no fun). Daddy and her also went to Las Vegas for a few days, I guess they thought they needed a vacation. I stayed with Auntie Cole & Uncle Todd and had a blast. Auntie Cole does daycare so I got to play with all her daycare kids and in the evenings my cousins kept me occupied! Thanks Auntie Cole & Uncle Todd for keeping me!!

I guess our lives have been pretty uneventful the past few weeks. My cousins have come over a few times. I like when they come play with me...somebody different then just mommy and daddy anyway!! Presten loves to give me hugs and BrookLynn thinks she can hold me but mommy says no because I'm almost as big as she is!


Hmmm...this baby keeps copying my every move!

Well my mommy has really been slacking...its been two weeks since she put any new pictures up! So here are a couple of them that she took (she's even been slacking on taking the pics).


This is me in my new bathtub! I outgrew my old one. I love this tub...its so much easier for me to play in!



This is what happens when I hang out with dad. Mommy said I have a loooong time to wait before I can have what's inside!
